A one year subscription to Bowker's Book Analysis System requires subscription access to BooksInPrint.com or GlobalBooksInPrint.com. For a special price, pre-existing subscribers to BooksInPrint.com or GlobalBooksInPrint.com can add the Bowker's Book Analysis System to their subscription as an upgrade.
Public and School Libraries:
Customers must also subscribe to one or more of the five H.W. Wilson Standard Catalogs on WilsonWeb in order to access these core collections for comparison, including:
- Public Library Catalog
- Fiction Catalog
- Children’s Catalog
- Middle and Junior High School Library Catalog
- Senior High School Library Catalog
Those who have purchased H.W. Wilson’s Standard Catalogs in print will need to upgrade to the electronic version.
Academic Libraries:
Pricing for Bowker’s Book Analysis System includes the academic core list Resources for College Libraries and access to the online edition at www.RCLweb.net.
Combination Analysis:
For a more comprehensive analysis of your collection, Bowker’s Book Analysis gives you the opportunity to compare your collection against both the H.W. Wilson Standard Catalogs and Resources for College Libraries. As mentioned above, libraries wishing to compare their collection the H.W. Wilson Standard Catalogs must subscribe to WilsonWeb.
Use As Often As You Like:
Subscriptions are offered on a yearly basis and, since your catalog and the core lists are updated regularly, an analysis can be run as many times as you like throughout the year to consistently maintain the integrity of your core collection.
